Hazen Announces Andy McCaskill as Portland Operations Manager
Mr. McCaskill has more than 21 years of experience in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest and is known for his strong client relationships and client-focused project management.
(PORTLAND, OR – September 14, 2021) – Hazen and Sawyer announced the appointment of Andy McCaskill, PE as Associate Vice President and Operations Manager for the Firm’s Portland, Oregon office.
Mr. McCaskill has more than 21 years of experience in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest and is known for his strong client relationships and client-focused project management, ensuring the delivery of highly technical and challenging water projects. He has a deep understanding of water and wastewater needs in Oregon and can skillfully guide clients through large multi-year infrastructure projects.
“Andy’s understanding of complex water resources infrastructure and planning, coupled with his ability to lead highly technical teams and his strong client relationships are a tremendous foundation from which to build our Portland operations,” said Kevin Alexander, Vice President and West Region Manager.
“This position will allow me to focus on my local relationships in partnership with the region’s management team to help continue building a strong foundation of water and wastewater projects. At his previous firm, he helped lead operations throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. Mr. McCaskill will lead and manage the Portland office where he is active in the local community and lives with his wife and children.
