Hazen Expands Operations in Virginia and Alabama
New offices now open in Roanoke and Auburn
(RALEIGH, NC – June 5, 2024) - Hazen and Sawyer recently opened offices in Roanoke, VA and Auburn, AL, appointing two local engineers as Operations Managers. These offices will empower Hazen to better serve these growing communities while developing deeper partnerships with the engineering programs at the local universities.
Dana Hargrove rejoins Hazen as an Associate and Operations Manager of the Roanoke office. Dana brings more than a decade of experience in process optimization and operations management on both the consulting and utility sides of the industry. She earned her BS in Chemistry-Engineering from Washington and Lee University, MS in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech, and her MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dana is also a certified Class 1 Waterworks and Wastewater Operator, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) with PEs in Virginia and North Carolina.
Dana Raughton was named Senior Associate and Operations Manager of the Auburn office. Dana has more than two decades of project and client service management experience on various municipal water and wastewater-related projects. A registered PE in Alabama, she will use her extensive water treatment and project management skillsets to support projects in Alabama and across the Firm. Dana earned her BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Engineering from Auburn University.

The Roanoke office is located at 19 Church Ave. SW and the Auburn office is at 3365 Skyway Drive, Building 200.
