Throughout his career, Allan has worked on feasibility and master planning studies, capacity evaluations, cost estimates, CEQA support, project management plans, start-up support, and operations assistance for a variety of Northern California municipalities. His areas of expertise include planning, design, and construction support for water, wastewater, and recycled water treatment and infrastructure. Allan is the Operations Manager for Hazen's Concord, California office.
