Ben serves as Hazen's Digital Services Lead, shaping the Firm's digital strategy and helping clients achieve their goals in implementing advanced technology solutions for drinking water, water reuse, and wastewater utilities. He has extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary projects related to digital and physical technologies. He is an internationally recognized expert in potable reuse, water chemistry, water quality, and trace contaminant research, and actively leads studies for both clients and foundations. With this mix of technical and leadership skills, Ben also routinely consults with utility executives and their teams on sustainable leadership strategies, strategic planning, utility benchmarking, and digital transformation.
