His career includes the planning, permitting, design, and construction management of municipal projects, resulting in over $500 million in capital improvements. His work incorporates water and wastewater facilities as well as stormwater and reuse. Fred holds an ME and a BS in Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Florida. |
