Vice President and Chief Operations Officer
Janice has served as project manager for innovative master plans and complex, multi-faceted projects at large water and wastewater facilities. She is experienced in the analysis and design of wastewater treatment and conveyance systems, with specific emphasis in nutrient removal and wet weather impacts on treatment facilities. Her other work includes plant-wide hydraulic evaluations, analysis of aeration systems, evaluation of disinfection alternatives, and pumping and screenings removal system design.
