Joe has extensive experience leading environmental reviews, conducting public outreach, preparing land-use action applications, and developing local, state, and federal permit applications for large-scale infrastructure projects. He has also planned and designed several tidal wetland mitigation, freshwater wetland mitigation, and stream restoration projects throughout the northeast. Before working in the private sector, Joe worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reviewing and issuing federal Section 10 and Section 404 permits and assisting with the delegation of in-lieu fee funds for wetland mitigation banks in the New England District Regulatory Division.
