Since beginning his career in the water industry, Mark has been focused on improving quality of life for local communities through the planning, design, and construction oversight of municipal drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and water resiliency improvements. He has led the planning, design, and implementation of more than $7 billion of improvements to municipal drinking water treatment facilities, pump stations, and distribution systems. In addition, Mark has helped utilities prioritize and develop CIPs for Long-Term Control Plans (LTCP) to reduce combined sewer overflows extending out 20 – 30 years and totaling more than $1 billion. Mark serves as the Operations Manager for Hazen's Buffalo office.
