Matt serves as Hazen's Regional Water Practice Leader, with decades of comprehensive experience in the evaluation, design, construction, and operation of drinking water treatment systems and facilities, including DAF and UV disinfection as well as DBPs. He has applied this knowledge on projects involving system evaluations, pilot studies, and treatment plant designs and construction, and he managed design of the Catskill-Delaware UV disinfection facility, the world’s largest (2 billion gallons/day). Matt holds PE licenses in eight US states and is also licensed in Nova Scotia.
