Norm is an Associate Vice President in our Los Angeles office who has focused his career on delivering large water infrastructure design projects. During his relatively recent tenure in the New York office, he served as project manager through the design phase for the Gowanus CSO tanks for NYCDEP; this is a 20-year, $1.1B generational upgrade to capture stormwater in Brooklyn. In California, he has led projects for Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the City of Stockton. |
