Senior Principal Engineer

Phil has significant experience in the design, permitting, and construction of a broad range of drinking water infrastructure including water mains, water treatment plants, storage tanks, and ground and surface water supplies. As reuse applications have expanded to the Midwest, Phil is at the forefront of reuse planning and design, designing pilot test facilities and developing technical reports to evaluate beneficial reuse alternatives for both existing treatment plants and new facilities.
