Robert has a broad technical background in engineering, primarily for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects in upstate New York and the northeast. His experience encompasses the planning, permitting, design, construction management, startup and optimization of water and wastewater treatment facilities, collection and conveyance systems, and the development of industrial pretreatment programs (IPP) and sewer use ordinances (SUO). Robert has successfully assisted communities in obtaining project financing and grants through various state and federal programs. He was formerly the Vice Chairperson and Operations Committee Chair of the Saratoga County Sewer District’s Board of Commissioners.
