Rob serves as a Regional Manager for Hazen. His broad experience includes the development of sea level rise and stormwater mitigation strategies for communities across South Florida. Rob has also managed numerous water resource management projects that have included elements of stormwater utility development, policy making, planning, design, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
