With more than 40 years of industry experience, Ron is an expert in the planning and detailed design of wastewater treatment facilities, specializing in advanced wastewater nutrient removal systems. He has helped numerous clients meet stringent nutrient removal goals utilizing conventional treatment and is adept at troubleshooting and optimizing biological nutrient removal processes. His experience also includes design of solids handling facilities and projects involving complex master planning. Before serving as Hazen's President until April 2024, he served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager and was both a Project Manager and Director, supervising projects from conceptual design through construction.
