Senior Associate
Scott serves as the Midwest Infrastructure Practice Lead and specializes in planning, design, permitting, and construction of dams, flood risk management, bridges, and complex hydrologic and hydraulic systems. He has significant experience as both a dam safety regulator and a consultant for industrial, municipal, state and federal clients. Scott's experience includes forensic failure analysis for complex civil works and water resource projects.
