Program Management
Tony Greiner leads Hazen's Construction Management and Program Management group.
Aging infrastructure and regulatory changes are contributing to the need for more and more utilities to undertake significant public works improvements initiatives. Unusually large projects or programs can overextend municipal resources due to long implementation schedules, involved stakeholder management, and the in-depth regulatory compliance process.
Helping Municipalities Implement Needed Infrastructure
Hazen’s Program Management group acts as an extension of your staff to help you manage the challenges of program-wide efforts. We have managed all elements of large-scale water and wastewater capital improvement programs. We provide planning, scheduling and critical path analysis, subcontractor management, project standards development, design, financial management, permitting, and reporting. We also provide public outreach and stakeholder facilitation, as well as engaging training and skills transfer programs.
Hazen uses commercially available software and web-based document control, offering maximum future compatibility and the best non-proprietary software solutions to fit your needs.
Our Work
Hazen has managed highly complex programs for some of the nation’s largest water and wastewater utilities, assisting them in successfully meeting their consent order schedule, budgetary, and regulatory compliance goals.
